We ship using NZ Post from our Auckland distributor.
All orders over $60 are shipped FREE of charge. Sample bags are also shipped free of charge. If your order is under $60 it is just $5 flat rate nationwide.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday.
Orders placed before 12pm, will usually be dispatched on that day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
Auckland: 1-2 Working Days
Rest of North Island: 1-3 Working Days
South Island: 2-3 Working Days
Rural Deliveries: Please allow an extra 1-2 working days
Our packages are delivered without requiring a signature. If you are not home the courier will leave your package somewhere safe. Please write any specific delivery instructions in the order notes section at check out.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
FAQ
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as we can - most of the time that is the same working day for orders placed before 12pm. But occasionally it will be the next day as we are only a small team and some weeks are busier than others (especially during peak sales periods).
Also do check your SPAM folder as occasionally our shipping emails will land there.
Most orders should get to you within 1-2 working days. South Island deliveries can take up to 2-3 working days and rural deliveries can take an extra day or two on top of that. However, courier companies do occasionally make errors and that can lead to a day or two delay. There can also be backlogs caused by weather and ferry issues.
Your shipping confirmation email contains a link to NZ Post's website and live tracking updates so you can follow your parcel's progress - there is also a contact phone number for NZ Post on there should you need to enquire about the status of your order.
No, we currently only ship within New Zealand.
